Jacek Dworakowski is an accomplished aviation manager and engineer with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He has held key roles such as Aviation Engineer, Maintenance Director, and Maintenance Manager with leading MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) organizations, working with renowned companies like LOT Polish Airlines and Air Italy Poland.

As an aircraft instructor, Jacek has trained aviation mechanics and engineers on Boeing and Airbus aircraft globally, covering Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Asia. His expertise extends to developing training materials for Part 145 maintenance and Part 147 training organizations, with contributions to leading companies worldwide.
